The School Library Association have announced the shortlisted titles for the 2026 Information Book Award (IBA). This year’s shortlist includes a diverse range of non-fiction books that are sure to provide readers with new ways of looking at the world around them.The Information Book Award was founded to support school libraries, celebrate the value of non-fiction books and highlight the amazing quality of information books available for children and young people. Reading information books for personal interest and pleasure gives children and young people the opportunity to follow their natural curiosity, explore new areas of knowledge and build on existing interests. Shortlist packs for each age category are available to purchase with 20% off RRP. Browse all the shortlisted titles in each pack. If you're a public library customer or school library service, all of the shortlisted titles are available to order with your usual discount – simply add them to your basket or speak to your supplier selector. |
